Well I guess this one wont be happening for me. Why is Zynga insisting on giving us these level 4 crafting things when a lot of us (or is it just me) have a hard time getting to level 4 this quickly? The crystal cottage has been especially hard since all the required bushels are on CP, and hard to grow enough with such limited bushel output AND constant required crops for quests. I’ve got 18 things to level up before I get to level 4 and clearly that isn’t going to happen if I only obtain enough bushels to make 3-4 items a day.
And ANOTHER new farm? Farmville is becoming less enjoyable and more work every time they put out a new farm. I don’t even play on half of them because all my time is spent on the quests. Haven’t even set foot on Aus EG or Atl since this stupid space one came out. I spend my time bouncing around on my larger farms to grow crops for quests and to bounce animals around between pens for quest mastery. I wish FV would take a break and let us enjoy what we have instead of churning out a new farm every 2 months.
and all the little extras… bird migration, social sheep etc etc and the little mini things to do… I don’t even place those on my farm anymore because I just don’t have the time if I want to do the main quests.
I worked really hard on my CP farm since it started. Just this morning I was able to get to the 4-star crafting. I didn’t make it that far on Australia until after CP had opened up.
I would plant entire farms of just one crop to get enough bushels to craft items. Good luck!
I don’t even try to finish all quests, I just do as much as feels comfortable. The Juicy Joe quest #1 I finished in good time with the help of two instagrows I had got from the Hanging Gardens. But I usually spend no money.
I gave up. I’m just going to focus on the NEXT new farm. Pretty sad that going away for a long weekend and not playing makes it impossible to complete quests. Farmville is becoming a full time job… that’s kind of removing the fun from the “GAME”
It is impossible to complete the 7-day quests when not playing daily or without using instagrows. This past weekend, I did take a break and didn’t use my computer at all from Friday evening until this morning. It was a refreshing change I must admit, though I did not complete this last CP quest.
It sucks. If it was just a matter of time for crops it wouldn’t have been a problem. But to actually get the stinking Crystal Cottage up to the right level was just NOT going to happen. There was no way I was going to waste instagrows on crops that I MIGHT get 2-4 bushels out of. And even if I looked first thing, it seemed like no one on my neighbors list was growing them either. Oh well. Like I said now I’m focused mainly on leveling the Candy shop or whatever it is on the new farm. I just really does suck when not only do you HAVE to play every day.. but you have to get on at least 2-3 times a day to get it all done. And that’s just for the basic quests. Let alone adding all the extra stuff.. leaderboards, sweet/dairy/yarn shops, etc etc etc. I wish FV would just run 2 consecutive quests at a time.. the new farm and whatever other random one, and people who want more to do could go into the quest vault and pick and choose. I’m currently unemployed but once I go back to work, sad to say FV will be a thing of the past because there’s NO way I’ll be able to complete these quests while working full time. It’s too bad because it used to be fun. A quest or two, and then extras as time was open. =(
