FarmVille Holiday Lights 8: Here Comes Santa Claus
Santa is visiting the Hollybright in FarmVille Here Comes Santa Claus, a FarmVille Holiday Lights Chapter 8 Quests. He is very pleased on the accommodation and how the people of Hollybright Park took care of Zang. So he decided to stay and see for himself what Zang has reported to him about the Hollybright farm.
In this chapter of the Holiday Lights Quests, we will be mastering the crop Roasting Chestnuts to 2 stars Mastery. It is a 1 day to grow crop and we will need to harvest atleast 600 for the first star and another 600 for the 2nd star. We will also be crafting two level 5 recipe at the Sparkle Cafe. You can start saving bushels for these by using the Swap Bushel or shopping at the bushel market. Note: expected release date is on Dec 23, Monday.

I’ve pretty much given up on FV since I went back to work. The only quests I do are the current expansion ones. I ignore the others. There just isn’t enough time to do them all when you have a FT job and a family to take care of. As it is now, I find it hard to do some of these in time to finish. Like the Hollybright Park recipes. Making 5 things that take 2 hours a piece for me end up taking 2 days to complete. And the presents?? Seriously?? We need to open the 20th present to do this series. I don’t know about anyone else, but I very rarely find neighbors selling the bushels needed to make the lights. And I MIGHT get one light per harvest. There was one point where I got a bunch at a time, but I don’t know if that was a special thing, a glitch or if I’m glitching now only getting one. Yes I know about swapping bushels, but the only time I have to get on here and play is in the evening and it’s usually not for 2 hours. I’m either busy taking care of house things, or I’m falling asleep. Kinda sucks that zynga has taken things to this point.
Pretty much the same here, I never have time to complete the quests. I thought it was because I had a very busy semester, but now that I am home everyday,all day I still don’t have time to finish the quests. My main problem though, other than the skimpy amount of bushels given, especially in Holiday Lights, is that it takes me days to get enough people to click on my posts for things, if they have theirs filled very few will click on mine. Too much reliance on others in these quest.
Even if you don’t work there isn’t enough time to do these quest anymore. You can’t get the bushels you need to do things. even when you plant a lot of the crop you don’t get but a few bushels. It’s just not fun anymore they have made it to difficult. It’s all about money now.
You only get like 2 bushels for the whole farm and can’t get bushels for sparkle lights when you need to do quests. I just got up to present 14. I was reading about how many players they lost, well now you can see why – it’s not fun. It’s all quests and who can even finish all the extras they’ve been giving like the ice cream shop and all the ponds… I still haven’t finished my windmill or ferris wheel and that was the beginning of summer i think….
